Dr Seamus O’Reilly told RTE editor Anthony Murnane of the need for fundraising for the post which would greatly benefit the lives and experience of those battling with metastatic breast cancer.
Helen O’Sullivan bravely spoke of her personal experience describing how her treatment plan and difficult diagnosis would have been easier to come to terms with if a Breast Cancer Liaison Nurse been in place to support her.
