Independent Irish Communications Agency Eyes New Opportunities to Accelerate Growth
Award-winning independent Irish communications agency, Springboard PR & Marketing has rebranded as Springboard Communications. The new brand comes as the company announces new services in internal communications and thought leadership. With a shift worldwide to remote working and a digital-first focus, the new services will enable Springboard Communications to accelerate its strategic growth and fulfil its ambitions in partnership with clients.
Speaking on the announcement, Managing Director, Susie Horgan said: “Demand for internal communications, thought leadership and digital content, while prevalent pre-pandemic, is now at the forefront of communication needs worldwide. Now is the time for a step change for our agency, as we look at new opportunities in these areas. In a connected world where many are working remotely, location is no longer a barrier. Our core services are relevant and adaptable, no matter where our clients are based.
“We grew our team by 25% in 2020 with the addition of expertise in key areas and are projected to expand further in 2021. Our multi-disciplined team enables our indigenous and multinational clients to communicate clearly, creatively and effectively across all platforms both locally and globally.”
Springboard Communications’ new services are six distinct core offerings and include The Strategy Hub, for a roadmap to communication success; The Newsroom, the outsourced media office; and The Content Studio, for content that cuts through. Springboard also launches The Internal Wire, to inform, engage and inspire employees and The Leadership Centre, spotlighting and enhancing clients’ expertise. Exclusive access to an expert panel on critical business issues will be launched in the coming months as part of The Leadership Centre.
Susie added: “This year has been a challenging one for everyone, but with change comes the opportunity to evolve. We have a diverse client base — areas like life sciences, renewable energy and technology have seen continued growth during the pandemic. As always, strategic communications are fundamental to sustained success.
“Our client-centric approach is at the core of our new tagline, ‘Creative Thinking powered by Common Sense’. We become part of our clients’ team, offering a fresh, external perspective. We develop new ideas, challenge old ones and have a future-focused approach, while understanding our clients’ objectives and the realities they are facing across their organisation.”
