For International Women’s Day, the team here at Springboard reflect on the Irish women that inspire us.

These are Irish women who excel in a variety of fields — media, the arts and sport. They include best selling authors Marian Keyes and Louise O’Neill; athlete, lawyer and double Guinness world record holder, Sinead Kane; award-winning poet, Doireann Ní Ghríofa; Editor-in-Chief of Mashable UK, Anne Marie Tomchak; and the Irish female hockey team, who made it to the World Cup Finals in 2018.
