Partnered with laya healthcare to enhance team engagement and empowered internal communication (IC) with the launch of Pulse+, a bespoke IC platform.
Objectives
- Build a culture where employees were inspired to actively contribute to the company’s mission and vision.
- Recognise and reward employee contributions, driving alignment with strategic goals while building a sense of belonging.
- Create relevant, inspiring content that would encourage long-term participation and engagement.
A comprehensive IC plan and content:
- Workshops to align messaging with laya’s values, culture, and tone of voice.
- ‘Welcome to Pulse+’ video featuring Director of HR and Team Development, and one-minute Q&A videos showcasing team members across departments to humanise the platform.
- User-friendly Pulse+ Playbook to ensure a seamless user experience.
- On-the-ground promotional materials, including signage and desk drops, to make the Pulse+ launch a memorable milestone for employees.
