Springboard Client Manager, Ciara Flaherty, recently was a guest lecture and spoke to the Cork Institute of Technology MSc in Marketing students, about our strategic approach, the importance of research and the challenges facing business today. 

Ciara discussed how to approach new projects and clients, including the importance of planning, peer analysis, stakeholder mapping​, messaging ​and much more before commencing any communication activities. 

She also outlined how we identify business and communications objectives and use these to create an overarching strategy, before implementing, measuring results and readjusting accordingly.
