Springboard Communications, winner of PRCA Agency of the Year 2023, is seeking to recruit a proactive Office Manager and Executive Assistant.

The Role: 

Lead the agency’s operational function working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to: 

  • Coordinate and manage the agency’s administrative functions, such as client and new team members onboarding, assist with general finance tasks, human resources, office facilities and handling of IT and other key supplier relationships 
  • Provide professional executive support to the Managing Director 
  • Monitor and identify areas within the office that demand improvement, and implement strategies that can enhance overall office operational efficiencies (and cost-effectiveness) 
  • Collaborate with the MD to identify operational needs, propose solutions, and implement changes 
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection, GDPR, confidentiality, and professional standards 
  • Respond to all internal and external queries as they arise – including liaison with clients, third-party suppliers and IT service providers 

Core Candidate Skills and Attributes: 

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment – with an ability to support the wider team in building and maintaining business relationships 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Excellent MS Office skills and IT capabilities  
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail to deliver high-quality results on time 
  • A proactive and responsive nature – exhibits a positive, common-sense approach  
  • Full competency in diary management, apply judgment to resolve competing priorities 
  • Strong people skills and the core ability to collaborate with other colleagues 
  • Ideally, certification or qualifications related to basic accounting or experience in book-keeping
