Wins to Client Triumphs: Highlights of H1 2024
Our Managing Director, Susie Horgan, recaps some of the standout moments from the last six months.
Launch of the Internal Communications in Ireland Report 2024
In May, we released the Internal Communications in Ireland Report 2024, supported by the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII). The report underscored significant challenges for Irish businesses, including disengaged employees and ineffective leadership communication. Download the full report HERE. Feel free to get in touch with our Associate Director, Ciara Flaherty at theinternalwire@springboardcommunications.ie for a complimentary IC Health Check — a one-to-one session with us to talk through and identify your challenges and opportunities when it comes to internal comms.
Partnership with Carbery Group
Our partnership with the Carbery Group began in early 2024 – we are collaborating with them to drive awareness of their mission of community enrichment and sustainable operations through targeted media relations, digital activation and thought leadership campaigns.
Rebranding with Xeinadin
Working with UK and Irish accountancy and business advisory firm Xeinadin, Springboard created and delivered the communications campaign to rebrand Irish accountancy firm Quintas, who joined Xeinadin in 2023. We launched the new brand in June with an event in Cork where we secured the then-Minister for Finance Michael McGrath to speak. The announcement and investment received widespread coverage across national, regional and trade media including RTÉ, The Sunday Times, Business Post and Irish Examiner.
Bundledocs’ Major Milestone
Our client Bundledocs, a leading provider of cloud-based document bundling software, reached a significant milestone in June, now serving over 100 of the UK’s top 200 law firms. An incredible achievement. We supported the team in celebrating this announcement by creating an engaging digital campaign, alongside targeted media relations that generated a reach of over 164,000.
Celebrating a Decade with I Wish
I Wish hosted their 10th annual showcase in February. As their communications partner, we supported them again this year with media relations and stakeholder management. All SMART objectives were exceeded by the end of the campaign with media engagement of 16,221,980 million; 62 pieces of online coverage; 39 print articles and 22 broadcasts, including 12 interviews.
Limerick Greenway’s Growing Success
This year, we continue to be Limerick City & County Council’s communications agency for Limerick Greenway. This 40km scenic off-road walking and cycling route is a stunning amenity and we are proud to see its popularity grow in the past three years. Visitor numbers have increased to over 1.5 million! We recently launched a burst of summer communications activity with an engaging advertising campaign on buses and billboards in the region, as well as at Cork and Shannon Airports. Through our media relations activity, Limerick Greenway has been included in summer activity features in RTÉ Guide, Irish Times and Newstalk.
Collaboration with Fáilte Ireland
We were thrilled to partner with Fáilte Ireland in developing their new internal communications strategy this year, following a competitive tender process. Following an in-depth audit process, we delivered Fáilte’s comprehensive three-year internal communications strategy and plan, centred around employee engagement and delivering the business strategy.

Inspiring Workplaces Recognition

This accolade reflects our dedication to fostering a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and continuous growth, underscoring the value we place on our team.
