Leading Cork commercial law firm, O’Flynn Exhams Solicitors (OFX) has announced the appointment of two new Senior Associates and two Associates in response to continued growth at the firm. O’Flynn Exhams currently employs 45 people at its South Mall office.

Joan Byrne, recently appointed Vice President of the Southern Law Association and chairperson of its Conveyancing, Probate & Taxation Committee, joins the Commercial Property team as Senior Associate. Joan has over 20 years’ experience working with corporate, institutional and private clients, advising on a wide range of issues affecting commercial property portfolios.

Brendan Hogan has joined the Utilities (Property) team as Senior Associate. Brendan brings 18 years’ experience in the areas of commercial property to the firm and, having previously worked in the legal department of NAMA, brings a wealth of experience in advising institutional clients on property matters.

Eimear Boyle has joined the Commercial team as an Associate, advising clients on matters of company law, commercial contracts and finance.

Ronan Healy has also been appointed as an Associate on the Private Client team. Ronan completed his apprenticeship with OFX and now focuses on the area of residential conveyancing, dealing primarily with the sale and acquisition of property for clients in the private sector.
