Ronan Daly Jermyn bolsters corporate practice with appointment of new partner, and former Cork Chamber President, Gillian Keating
Gillian Keating has joined renowned Irish law firm Ronan Daly Jermyn as partner in the firm’s corporate team.
Speaking about her new role, Gillian said: “I am delighted to become part of the Ronan Daly Jermyn team. Its significant national and international growth, and continued excellence in the services it provides, have firmly established it as one of Ireland’s most capable and dynamic law firms.”
Ronan Daly Jermyn now has a team of two hundred people across their four offices in Cork, Dublin, Galway and London. The firm has experienced significant growth in the past two years, with the opening of two new offices in Dublin and London and the addition of 65 new people to the team.
Gillian is a corporate finance specialist advising on many high profile and complex mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructurings. Gillian also represents a variety of private equity and venture funds in connection with their investments. Her clients include multinational, large indigenous and financial services companies, as well as regulated entities, all of whom Gillian advises in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
