The Brief

Bundledocs, the Irish cloud-first document bundling software provider, wanted to announce that they had secured €600,000 in funding from Enterprise Ireland and private investors. They also wanted to highlight the demand and need for their product following the global shift to remote working, especially in the legal sector.

Their communications objectives were to:
• Build brand awareness within their target market
• Increase social awareness
• Achieve national and trade coverage of the announcement

The Execution

Springboard created a media campaign that included the following activities:

  • Developed the media story with Bundledocs
  • Drafted and issued a strategic announcement to a targeted media list
  • Liaised with key stakeholders including Enterprise Ireland
  • Advised on social promotion
  • Managed a targeted media follow-up campaign

The Results

  • Springboard secured national coverage of the announcement in The Irish Times, Irish Independent and Irish Examiner, among others
  • Key trade media coverage was secured, including Silicon Republic, Legal Support Network and Artificial Lawyer
  • CEO Brian Kenneally was interviewed by the Business Post

Testimonial

“The announcement of our funding was a step-change for Bundledocs and we needed to hit both national business media and trade media relevant to our target customers. Springboard partnered with us to really understand what we were trying to achieve. Not only did they deliver the results we needed, they were also great to work with and are now working with us to strengthen our digital presence.” – Lisa Walsh, Head of Marketing
