Zeus, the Irish-owned global packaging solutions company, has today announced the acquisition of two UK packaging companies, Swanline Group and its sister company BoxMart, in an agreement worth in excess of €25 million. These latest acquisitions mean Zeus is on track to be the largest sole shareholder packaging company in the world by 2023.
